In consideration for using this website, you, hereinafter referred to as "user," hereby agree to the following terms and conditions. If you fail to agree to any of these terms, you are not authorized to view this content. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parents read the Terms of Use before using the website. ASC Junior Racing is a nonprofit junior development program dedicated to promoting junior cycling and to helping our member athletes achieve their potential.

Waiver of liability. In consideration for using this website, the "user" agrees to hold harmless and waive any claim of liability against  ASC Junior Racing its agents, assigns, volunteers, parents, riders, coaches, managers, webmaster, sponsors, and/or affiliates. 

Assumption of Risk. You, the user, hereby assume the sole risk for any and all activities undertaken after reading the contents of this website. Cycling is an inherently dangerous sport.

• Please do not ride without proper safety equipment, including but not limited to an approved helmet and a properly fitted bicycle which has been inspected by a qualified mechanic.

• Please do not engage in any strenuous exercise if you have a prior medical condition. All training should be under the supervision of a qualified medical professional and should be in consultation with a professional trainer who understands the limitations of youth athletes.

• The use of training suggestions or techniques contained herein is at the sole risk of the user. As these activities are dangerous and frequently result in injury, users are strongly advised to carry adequate private medical insurance.

• Any modification to your bicycle could make it unsafe or render the manufacturer's warranty void. All modifications to equipment are done at the sole risk of the user. All repairs should be done under the supervision of a qualified bicycle mechanic.

AS-IS. The contents of this website are provided as-is without any warranty, express or implied. Use of this information is solely at the user's own risk and the user hereby holds harmless and waives any claim of liability for the use of information contained herein.

Ownership. The website and all contents herein are the property of ASC Junior Racing, Copyright 2007, all rights reserved. Publication or use of any of the contents of this website are expressly forbidden without the express written consent of the ASC Junior Racing team manager. Trademarks and brandnames are the property of their respective owners. Photos and stories contributed to the website remain the property of the contributing party. All news feed summaries, thumbnail images, and video thumbnails remain the property of their respective authors and/or publishers. ASC Racing makes no claim whatsoever to the ownership of third party news feeds (rss) or video news feeds and shall not be responsible for their contents. Third party articles are not republished in their entirety and only summaries are visible, each with a hyperlink to the third party website with appropriate attribution. Thumbnails of videos are powered by Google Video beta search tool. All videos are thumbnail preview versions and contain links to the owner's websites.

Infringement and inappropriate content. ASC Racing is a nonprofit all-volunteer organization. While we will make best efforts to not violate the copyrights or intellectual property of others, it is possible that some of our junior members may post inappropriate content. If you see content which is offensive, inappropriate, or believe that ASC Racing violated your intellectual property rights, please email the webmaster@ascracing.org or send a written request to the team address on the contacts page and we will review the request in a timely manner. If we determine that content is inappropriate or violates the intellectual property of others, we will make best efforts on timely notification to remove the content from our website.

Off-site Links & Resources. ASC Racing shall not be responsible for the content of any off-site links. The login portal for Training Peaks software is offered as a convenience only and ASC Racing shall have no responsibility for the actual content of Training Peaks programs. Training Peaks software is owned and hosted off-site by Training Peaks LLC, based in Denver, CO.
